You can route your number to any country worldwide on any phone! We include over 60 destinations at no additional charge. Some countries have additional termination rates depending on the country. If you have specific international questions, contact our friendly customer service team at (800) 800-4321.

1. Login to your 800.com Account.
2. Select the Faxing tab.
3. Specify the type of number you would like to setup for sending and receiving faxes.
4. Enter your payment details if necessary.

No, we currently do not offer this option. However, routing your toll-free number to an existing local number is easily done within your account settings.

No. It's an optional add-on you can use with any current plan.

Pricing varies depending on the plan you choose. 800 Intelligence follows the same per minute pricing as Call Transcriptions for your desired plan. Personal: $0.10/minute, Unlimited: $0.03/minute, Pro: $0.03/minute, and Call Tracking: $.01/minute, as well as your per minute Call Transcription usage.

No. Keep your current plan and add 800 Intelligence when you're ready.

Call Recording and Transcription must be on. Setup will guide anything needed.

Yes. When enabled, 800 Intelligence covers every number on your account.

Yes. You can disable the add-on at any time. Existing call records remain in your account.
