TOLL-FREE NUMBER TRANSFER FORM

You can begin using your number following activation. Your number will be displayed on the order confirmation page and in the order receipt email. Please allow 1 Business day for the number to be activated, however to expedite this process you can contact us at 1-800-800-4321.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time by contacting customer service.

Yes, you can add additional numbers to your 800.com account. Contact customer service for assistance.

You can login to your 800.com account using your email address and password that you signed up with, by clicking on >> LOGIN.

  1. Click the Forgot Password link on the support page and enter your email address.
  2. Provide the answer to your Security Question.
  3. A new temporary password will be sent to the email address on your account.

If you’d like to change your password:

  1. LOGIN to the account section of our website.
  2. Select the Profile tab.
  3. Select Change Password.

  4. Enter your current email address along with your new email address and click Save.

Please Note: Changing your email address will change the username you use for logging in to your account online.

With some plans, you can route your number to any country worldwide to any phone. Additional termination rates apply based on the country you are routing your calls to.

To access your voicemail messages from your online account:

  1. LOGIN to your account.
  2. Select the Voicemail tab.
  3. Click the Play button next to the message you want to hear.

You can also have your voicemail messages forwarded to your email. See "How do I setup email notifications for voicemail messages?" below.

  4. Click the Email Notification checkbox and enter your email address.

You may also choose to attach the voice message to the notification email using the Attach Voice Message to Email checkbox.

  4. Click the SMS Notification checkbox and enter your cell phone number and carrier.

  5. Enter a phone number that our system can call you at.
  6. You will receive a phone call with voice prompts instructing you further.

Your 800.com phone number must be setup to forward to an Auto-Attendant greeting. If enabled, you can check your voicemail messages by following the steps below:

  1. Dial the toll-free or local number associated with your 800.com account.
  2. Dial 86# + option 3 when you hear your Auto-Attendant greeting.
  3. Enter your voicemail password when prompted.

A "vanity" number is a toll-free or local number that spells a person’s or company’s name, a word or an acronym. Yes, you can request a vanity number by contacting customer service. 800-800-4321. Please be advised that toll-free numbers are subject to availability and the ordering and setup process for vanity numbers may take 3 to 5 days.
