Zoho + 800.com

Push every call into Zoho CRM automatically, with the caller’s details, call source, and duration attached to the right record

About

Zoho CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship platform used to manage leads, contacts, deals, and support activity in one place. It’s known for deep customization — custom modules, custom fields, and workflow rules that fire on almost any event. Connecting 800.com to Zoho CRM extends all of that to the phone, so the calls driving your pipeline are logged as CRM activity instead of living in a separate dashboard.

Overview

Zoho CRM field mapping for 800.com call data

The Zoho CRM integration logs call activity from 800.com into your Zoho records automatically. Calls create a new Lead or Contact when the number isn’t recognized, or attach to the record that already exists — with configurable field mapping, upload triggers, and duration filters so only the calls you care about reach your CRM. Because everything arrives as standard Zoho activity, your existing workflow and assignment rules act on call-generated leads the same way they do on form fills.

How to use it:

1. Go to SettingsIntegrations in 800.com

2. Select Zoho CRM from the Integrations Library

3. Connect Zoho CRM

4. Configure your sync and field mapping

5. Activate the integration

6. Confirm calls appear in Zoho CRM

Frequently asked questions

Does the integration create new records in Zoho CRM?
Yes. If the caller isn’t already in your CRM, 800.com can create a new Lead or Contact with the call details attached. If the number matches an existing record, the call is logged to that record instead.
Can I stop short or junk calls from syncing?
Yes. Set a minimum call duration in seconds during configuration and 800.com will only upload calls that meet the threshold. Leave it blank to sync everything.
Which 800.com fields can I map to Zoho?
You map fields yourself during setup, including to Zoho custom fields. All required fields on the record type you’ve selected must be mapped before you can activate.
Can call data trigger Zoho workflow rules?
Yes. Calls arrive as standard Zoho records and activities, so your existing workflow rules, assignment rules, and notifications fire on them the same way they do on any other lead.
What happens if the connection stops working?
Zoho credentials need to be renewed periodically. You’ll be prompted in the Alert Center when it’s time, and you can re-check the connection any time using Verify under Connection.
