Will appointments sync to my team’s devices?

Yes. Slot Settings control default event duration, allowed start intervals, and buffer time before and after each appointment, so your team gets travel or prep time between jobs.

What if I use more than one Outlook calendar?

You select a single calendar during setup. The agent reads and writes only to that calendar, which lets you keep a dedicated booking calendar separate from internal meetings.
