This Fair Usage Policy ("Policy") exists to ensure reliable, lawful, and high-quality service for all 800.com customers. It applies to all phone numbers, call forwarding, call tracking, messaging, AI-powered features, and related services provided by 800.com.

2. Acceptable Use

800.com services are intended for legitimate business communications consistent with the customer's selected plan, pricing tier, and disclosed use case.

Examples of acceptable use include:

  • Customer support, sales, and inbound inquiries
  • Outbound marketing calls made in compliance with applicable laws
  • Reasonable call volumes aligned with plan expectations
  • Manual or approved automated workflows permitted by 800.com

3. Prohibited or Abusive Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraudulent activity, including identity misrepresentation, payment fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Traffic pumping, call arbitrage, or resale of services without written authorization
  • Excessive or abnormal usage inconsistent with typical business behavior or plan intent
  • Automated or AI-driven calling that creates spam, nuisance traffic, or disproportionate platform load
  • Robocalling, SMS abuse, or messaging activity that violates TCPA, FCC rules, carrier requirements, or local laws

  • Circumventing safeguards, plan limits, pricing mechanisms, or technical restrictions

  • Terminate accounts and reclaim phone numbers
  • Deny, delay, or reverse number ports where legally permitted

No refunds will be issued for suspensions or terminations resulting from violations of this Policy.

5. Plan Limits & Reasonable Use

Plans may include soft or dynamic usage thresholds based on factors such as:

  • Call volume, duration, or concurrency
  • Inbound vs. outbound call ratios
  • Messaging throughput
  • AI or automation utilization

Usage that materially exceeds normal business expectations may be restricted even if explicit numeric limits are not published.

6. Legal & Carrier Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier policies, including but not limited to:

  • TCPA and FCC regulations
  • Consent, opt-in, and disclosure requirements
  • Local, state, and international calling laws

Violations may result in immediate suspension to protect 800.com, its customers, and its carrier partners.

7. Policy Updates

800.com may update this Fair Usage Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

8. Relationship to Terms

This Policy supplements the 800.com Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, 800.com reserves the right to interpret and enforce its policies in a manner that protects the platform, its customers, and its partners.
