How do I get started?

Getting started is very simple. Select the plan you feel best suits your business needs. Select an SMS enable number for your SMS Marketing. Once you're in the 800.com User Panel, you can import your customer lists and start setting up SMS Campaigns.

Can I get help with my campaigns after I sign up?

Our excellent customer service team can help with any account setup and trouble shooting. Simply use the chat in the bottom right corner or give us a call at (800) 800-4321.

Can I integrate 800.com Campaigns with other tools?

Currently SMS Campaigns don't integrate with other tools.

Do I need to use APIs to send messages?

Nope! You can use the 800.com User Panel to set up and launch campaigns, as well as responding to your customer via texting.

How does 800.com count messages?

800.com counts messages used on a per message basis.

Is my data secure?

Your information will be kept strictly confidential. We take extra measures to protect your sensitive information by restricting access and we encrypt your sensitive personal data.

What if I go over my monthly message allowance?

If you go over your monthly message allowance you will be charged for those messages at the overage rates associated with your plan.

What if I have an account with 800.com already?

If you're already an 800.com customer, simply log into your account and go to the Text Campaigns section of your User Panel. From there you can start to setup your first campaign.
